# How do I download and install?

### **Please follow the steps below to redeem and download Seryx**

1. Go to [Seryx website](https://seryx.gg/register/) and register an account and download the loader.
2. Turn off your PC's security settings as this can block the menu from working. Add the loader to your antivirus and Windows Defender exclusions. This helps avoid conflicts that can prevent the loader from launching properly.
3. Join Seryx [discord](https://discord.com/invite/seryx) and go to their commands channel and type /verify to get your customer role.
4. Right-click the loader .exe and select “Run as Administrator”. This ensures it has the correct system permissions to function.
5. The loader will open and begin authenticating. Wait patiently for it to finish connecting, this may take a few seconds depending on your internet.
6. Once authenticated, you can launch FiveM. The menu will initialize in-game and you’re ready to go.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.realdudesinc.net/product-documentation/fivem-products/seryx-fivem/how-do-i-download-and-install.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
